shobu zukuri katana with interesting tang

Hello all,

I acquired this shobu zukuri katana but I can not fully translate the tang, it was made in 1929? and used a special steel or so?

please someone tell me what the tang says on both sides, I aam very curious about it.
I think the hamon is etched, not real, or perhaps too weak to see it under the make up polish, the date makes it an intersting blade anyway.

registration card with interesting writing

Hello, I got a katana probalby from late Koto period, the tang is unshortened mumei but maybe there is a weak signature, not sure.
On the registration card it does not say mumei but something else I can not translate, also the first column on the left side which is usualy empty has writing, some with red. It is perhaps due to the sayagaki on the saya?
If someone could translate this 2 first column from left would be great.

Showa-to signature

Good morning
May I have your help to read the smith name on a Japanese sword made during WW2. The sword has a Seki stamp (5 x 5 mm), It has an atrative ko-gunome midare hamon and an O-maru boshi, length 64.5 cm. Unorthodox fuchi-kashira more like late 19th century than war production, the tsuba is regulation in shape only as it is covered with cherry blossoms, habaki has well spaced file marks angled ay around 60 degrees. Saya is aubergine in color and so is the tsukamaki. Menukis seems to be a family mon not the regulation ones.
