shobu zukuri katana with interesting tang

Hello all,

I acquired this shobu zukuri katana but I can not fully translate the tang, it was made in 1929? and used a special steel or so?

please someone tell me what the tang says on both sides, I aam very curious about it.
I think the hamon is etched, not real, or perhaps too weak to see it under the make up polish, the date makes it an intersting blade anyway.

stainless steel

It's not a signature. It explains that the blade was made with no-rust steel (aka stainless steel). The second line (on the left) is a company name. I remember reading about some blades made with an early form of stainless steel; don't remember the details.
The date (on the other side) is November 1929.
