Hello all, I acquired this shobu zukuri katana but I can not fully translate the tang, it was made in 1929? and used a special steel or so? please someone tell me what the tang says on both sides, I aam very curious about it.

stainless steel
It's not a signature. It explains that the blade was made with no-rust steel (aka stainless steel). The second line (on the left) is a company name. I remember reading about some blades made with an early form of stainless steel; don't remember the details.
The date (on the other side) is November 1929.
