PLEASE HELP WITH TANSLATION OF DOUBLE SIGNED TANG I AM NEW HERE

Hello fellow collectors I am new here . I bought this sword in Kyu gunto mounts .Could some one please help me translate this double signed tang? I believe it may be grass script? If anyone could tell me what it says I would be grateful.Thank you and take care.

The name in the signature might be Kunimitsu(?).
Part of the date is "2600 year", which means 1940 (the 2600th anniversary of Emperor Jimmu).
The person you want to ask about this one is Chris Bowen ( http://www.ejapaneseswords.com/ ). He is probably the foremost English-speaking expert on 20th century smiths.
