File marks
The only marks I can see are the file marks.
looks like
looks like some kinda writing not chiseled in, the first looks like a indented o, the second one looks like a three prong y, the last looks like a n or something, it could be the way it wore, but looks like something, look at the bright spot right of the hole,on top thanks
