Need Help with Kanji on a 2nd Generation Rai Kinmichi Katana

Hi All,

I am acquiring a katana attributed to daihoshi hōkkyo rai kinmichi KIN45

the blade is 76cm and is beautiful, already has hozen and is now awaiting TH

Can you help me learn what these inscriptions mean?
