Perhaps you can tell.

Please tell about all what you can see:
1. Geometry.

5. And so on.

I torment my self about this sword more then one month.

boshi

I have no idea if it is gimei or not.
If you like it, my advice is to pay a "gimei price" for it. If it is a gimei, it may still be a well-made blade, made by a skilled katana-kaji. Does it really matter if the signature is wrong?
In the pictures, I see the scratches and nicks - not too serious.
However, the boshi looks strange - it appears that boshi falls off the edge at the base of the kissaki. Also, the boshi appears "crisp", while the hamon is more fuzzy. I wonder if the original boshi is gone, and someone changed it. I would be concerned about this, because the boshi is a very important feature of a blade.
BTW, the registration paper is from 1972, Nagasaki prefecture.
