It is probably "Kanemoto saku".
I say "probably", because the MOTO kanji can be very similar to MITSU.

I think Muromachi period is a "safe" assumption, since it covers a wide period of time.
I do not have expertise on Kanemoto, to say if it is a gimei or not... But it looks nice in any case.
