This is the second of the 3 swords. This is another wakizashi. The Mei is only on the Ura. I haven't found any information on this yet. Again, any help is appreciated.

BTW, the MEI is always on the OMOTE (front side). If there is a date, it is normally on the URA (reverse, or back side).

Thank you Pete. That makes sence. I was thinking like it was a katana and worn on the left side.
left side
Yes, it's always worn on the left side, but it can be worn edge-up or edge-down.
If the edge is upwards and the signature is facing outwards (away from the body), then it is signed "katana-mei". Else it is "tachi-mei".
