There is a sword offered to Kumano Hayatama Jinja 熊野速玉大社 with 信貞 signature (Koo 2). Also, a wakizashi signed 源式部丞信国 was donated to Fuji Sengen Shrine.
Earliest recorded work (signed as Shikibu no jō) was made in 1427 [2].
