Sukesada ?? fire damage ??
Can't really see the 6th and 7th kanji, but it might be:
BIZEN KUNI JUu OSAFUNE SUKESADA.
Looks a lot like fire damage?? In Japanese, it's called "yaki", meaning "cooked".
