Hi Oregu,

Yes, provided that the signature is genuine, there was Nobuyoshi from Yamashiro who signed 'Heianjō ju...'

Your signature reads:

平安城信吉作
heianjō nobuyoshi saku

I tried to find oshigata/images of this smith's work, but without any success...

Anyway, it's a good starting point for further research.
