wakizashi identification

Here is wakizashi with cutted nakago.
Please help recognize what is the age and who is the swordsmith.
I think the kanji on nakago is 発 (hatsu)???

You can find this symbol very often in the beginning of the signature because it's the first character in the name of 3 provinces: 備後 - Bingo 備中 - Bitchū 備前 - Bizen The blade is ō-suriage (greatly shortened), I'd say it was made in mid-Muromachi.
