Translation Asistance

Hello All
I was just purchased a very well made KATANA and require asistance with the signature.
Signed both sides and have an extra hole with 42 stamped at the end.
could any one help with this

Tsugukiyo

The signature is "Baba Tsugukiyo saku kore".
The date is "Shouwa 16 nen 1 gatsu kichi nichi" (A good day in January 1941).
The smith is possibly TSU187.
