Kanetari ?

The name might be Kanetari. The "tari" can also be read as "soku".
I'm thinking that the second kanji is old Nelson #4546 - SOKU, ASHI, TARIRU, TASU.
But I could be wrong...

I would keep it simple and assume it's an awkwardly cut mei:
