Norifusa NOR39 vs NOR40
There seems to be a confusion in Hawley, Sesko, Meikan, Fujishiro: they list 2 smiths called Norifusa, one from Kenchō, another one from Shōan era, but descriptions are mixed and point to different nengo, depending on the source. I'm going to assing NOR39 to Kenchō Norifusa, for simplicity, and NOR40 - to Shōan Norifusa. Also, I'm going to mark NOR44/45 as duplicates for Bizen/Fukuoka Ichimonji attributions.
