Kuniyoshi is the father of Rai Kuniyuki. He appears at the top of Rai school genealogy. It is said he was a man from Korea who settled in Japan. It is said in Kanchiin Hon that he had the Gō of Raikuni [1]. According to Koto Meijin Taizen, Kuniyoshi was born on the 1st year of Shōji (1199) and died at the age of 75 in Kenji 7 (1281) [2] (SN: this is more than 75 years. Must be a mistake somewhere.)
