Description:

Nakajima Rai school was founded by Rai Kuninaga, a student of Rai Kunitoshi.

It is said that smiths from this group became known as Nakajima Rai after moving from Kyoto to Nakajima 中島 of Settsu province at around Gentoku (1329).
