Need help identifying my Wakizashi

Hello,

I'm trying to identify the signature on my Wakizashi. I am uploading the photos of the sword and tang. Any help is appreciated.

	#1Submitted by Looper on Sun, 2015-07-19 14:10. Suruga no Kami Kunimasa? Looks to me like Suruga no Kami Kunimasa. Marcus Sesko has an entry for a smith signing the same dated 1704-1711 in Iyo province. If you google the name the google books entry should turn up. Not sure about the entries in the swordsmith index here, but look at KUN424 and KUN423. I might be wrong but if I am I'm sure someone else will correct me. Login or register to post comments
